Digital Product Designer

Enerflo is a growing B2B SAAS company currently disrupting the residential solar sales and installation industry. We are different by design and looking to shake up the solar industry by building things like no one else has.

We're looking for a talented and creative digital product designer to work closely with our product management and engineering teams to build modern, intuitive, and beautiful human interfaces for our products.

Here are the primary responsibilities for this role:

• Work closely with our product team to understand the product, our users, and the industry we are serving
• Support the product development lifecycle with user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. (We like Figma but are open to other tools!)
  
• Help us establish a consistent and beautiful design system to unify all of our productsincluding color, typography, iconography, and layout.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from our cross-functional teams
• Work with our engineering teams to translate your designs into working software

Requirements

The most successful candidates for this role will meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• An intuitive sense for solid UI designwhen to balance creative risk-taking with current trends in product design.
• Excellent attention to detaildown to the pixel.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• A well-rounded portfolio of relevant workwe're building a B2B enterprise application here
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
• Modern web design skills are a big plus. Our frontend engineers think in HTML amp; CSS so it helps to speak their language.
