We are seeking a Finance amp; Insurance (Famp;I) Manager to join our lean and agile team in our Mesa, Arizona facility. This role reports to the Director of Finance. A successful candidate will assist our sales and delivery team to help customers complete sales and deliver exceptional customer service by walking customers through our finance and leasing opportunities.
General Requirements
- Work with sales, delivery, finance and other departments to build Famp;I process and procedure for the Company.
- Input deals in DMS and prepare all required forms to sell, register, and finance vehicle.
- Check fees and sales taxes charged for deals, assist to make payment of fees to government and non-government agency.
- Handle all aspects of financial services on the purchase/finance/lease of new/used vehicles for fleet and retail customers.
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, provides explanation about vehicle financing terms, prepares financing application documents and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secures approval through financial institution, ensures compliance are met in the funding process.
- Provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties and manufacturer service procedures and policies.
- Assist seeking new lending institutions and maintains good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Post revenue recognition entries in system and ensure accuracy.
- Understand and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect related operations.
- Provide training to the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the inhouse financing and extended service programs.

Requirements
- Over 5 years’ experience working on Famp;I with 1 year in a management position.
- A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred. A strong background in business, mathematics, marketing and computers is required.
- Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees and finance and insurance vendors.
- Ability to build process and procedures based on business operation and related compliance requirements.
- Strong computer skills to work across multiple systems; experience with DealerTrack is a mush and experience with Salesforce is desired.
- Experience and knowledge of DMV operation are desired.
- Quick learner, ability to adapt to frequent change and to work in fast pace environment.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume.
- Authorized to work within the United States.
- Experience working in a standard automotive showroom environment is an asset.
- Travel as required.
