The 365 Holdings team is built around four segments - Acquisition of new Customers, Retention of Current Customer, the Products and Content that those Customers consume and our Customer Experience team - charged with Capture, Conversion and Nurturing Leads. This role sits inside our Customer Experience Team and will work across all of our brands to ensure the journey from first impression to purchase or opt-in conversion is seamless.

Responsibilities:
- Creation of new page layouts, graphics to fulfill new strategies for all brands.
- Creation of display ads for brands marketing strategies.
- Landing Page Development for Brands.
- Product Detail Page Development and build out for Brands.
- Provide concepts on new web designs, or take pre-determined creative direction to complete a project by maintaining strategy and quality design standards.
- Leverage consumer insight studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences.
- Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions.
- Rapid product concepts, wireframes and documentation.
- Assist channel and eCommerce team on development of A+ web content creative to support products.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lot of iteration and tight turnaround.
Requirements
Required Experience:
- 1-2 Years Experience in many of the Following:
- Conducting Quantitative and Qualitative Customer Research
- Customer Interviews, Surveys, Heatmaps, Recordings etc.
- Creating User Personas/Avatars, User Stories, Customer Journeys
- Testing and improving website designs
- Landing page design
- Copywriting, content writing or UX Writing
- e-Commerce Merchandising is considered a plus
- Creating and Maintaining Brand Standards
- Interaction Design, UX or UI design, Visual Design or Digital Marketing is a plus
- Technical A good understanding of UX/UI Design for website support. Experience with video and GIF animations. Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Required: Hungry to learn, ready to collaborate and enjoys working on a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related fields
