About the role:
As our Creative Producer, you will spearhead campaign development through live action shoots, photography shoots, and other digital projects. We are looking for someone who will be a key creative mind for organic growth by driving production work for the best creative output, while collaborating with internal partners to ensure all creatives are in line with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Define project goals and scope, develop schedules, estimates and engagement plans, author and negotiate contracts and manage agency relationships
- Lead campaign development across mediums such as live action shoots, photography shoots, digital projects and activations
- Collaborate with internal partners across lines of business to shepherd projects through launch
- Plug into and help refine creative production workflows (troubleshooting challenges in real time)
- Lead production on photo and video shoots
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and producers through management, planning and development of creative campaigns
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a creative production and/or development role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro
- Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Highly organized, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously
- Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners
- Strong network of creative professionals
- Link to a reel or portfolio highlighting relevant work experience must be provided to be considered
