The Field Administrator (FA) assumes ultimate accountability for clinical and business operations. They serve as a backup to the Regional Vice President and provide oversight of the coordination of all clinical disciplines involved in providing quality, cost-effective billable care under the direction of the physician. The FA is responsible for maintaining relationships with our partners to achieve clinical excellence outcomes, regulatory compliance, patient and employee satisfaction, in a fiscally responsible manner.
Responsible for the budget and other key performance indicators such as admissions, recertifications, HHRG, etc. Collaborates with our partners with quality and process measures relating to star ratings, hospital utilization, and patient satisfaction Adheres to the organization's policies and procedures within Medicare and federal guidelines Interaction with individuals (internal clinical teams, patient family member, physician, etc.) as applicable via phone, email, and/or face to face concerning patient care Assumes accountability for documentation and clinical charting practices in accordance with agency protocol and Medicare/Federal/State guidelinesRequirements
This position requires a Registered Nurse in the state of employment A minimum of five years of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare, or related health programs Expertise and Homecare background for multiple sites preferred Knowledge of guideline governing home health agenciesBenefits
