The Project Manager will be responsible for the following: the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope; oversee all aspects of projects from date of contract execution through the completion of installation and training; set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor the progress of a project; implementation of project management tools to provide a visual representation of project status; and prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/clients for the flawless execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
* Participate in on-call rotation
* Participate in client-training pool
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
* Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Requirements
* Proven working experience in project management
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience working in Healthcare or Healthcare Information Technology is a plus
* Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
* Jira, Trello, and/or Mission Control/Salesforce Experience a plus
