We are a highly successful personal injury law firms in Austin and still rapidly growing. We seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team. Our Legal Intake Specialists survey prospective clients conducting initial fact-finding, and other investigative measures to determine if potential case is viable for our firm. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, then you'll fit perfectly into this position.
Requirements
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
- Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients
- Consult with attorneys and provide a verbal and written summary of the calls
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
