Investigate and troubleshoot problems and maintain our online knowledge database
As Internal Support, you will report to Vivino's Product Support Manager and be part of our experienced and excellent Product Support Team. This is an opportunity to improve your skills through challenging projects, amazing colleagues, and a bit of wine on Fridays.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Obtain expert knowledge of internal tools, platforms, and processes
  • Investigate and troubleshoot problems reported by internal employees
  • Keep your colleagues up to date on the status of the investigation
  • Maintenance of online knowledge database
  • Gather understanding about the Vivino product


In this role, you will be the first Product Support team member in the US - the rest of the team is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. You should expect yearly travels to Copenhagen. We hope to see that you are comfortable with and flexible around supporting colleagues in the Americas and APAC area while working closely with people in Copenhagen.

As Internal Supporter, you will report to Vivino's Product Support Manager and be a part of the Product Support team who provides both internal support to the organization, technical support to our customers, and fixes data. We are committed to collaboration - both within the team and with cross-functional partners across the organization. We communicate, deliver, and help each other out - and we have a lot of fun!


Patient, curious, and proactive with excellent technical skills
You are a patient, interested, proactive person who is eager to learn. For you, teamwork makes the dream work, and you love working within a team. At the same time, you are also a motivated self-starter who takes the initiative and gets things done.

Adding to the above, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum two years of experience from a similar position in technical support, but we also encourage new graduates to apply
  • Solid technical skills - basic knowledge of SQL could be an advantage, and essential Python knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English - written as well as verbal
