The Role.

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, The Accounts amp; Sales Support role is split into 2 duties:

  1. US Accounts Receivable Support
  2. Worldwide Education Support

The main focus of this role will be to work closely with the Accounts Receivable Advisor to ensure that payments are allocated to customer accounts, correct products are issued and to uphold a high level of customer service. Alongside this, the ‘Accounts amp; Sales Support’ will be our sole Education support contact.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Accounts Receivable Support:

  • Sharing management of the Accounts@ inbox
  • Issuing Worldpay payment links
  • Checking payment status for both our Sales team and customers
  • Processing and posting payments to SAP
  • Issuing full licenses to customers and partners
  • Keeping up to date with all new processes that require sales support or accounts input
  • Credit control help where occasionally needed
  • General assistance to Finance team as required

Education Sales Support:

  • Creating various types of licenses for our Education customers and partners
  • Education Sales order processing
  • Education customer amp; project support

Commercial Sales Support Cover:

  • Covering Commercial Sales Support in Sales Support Supervisor’s absence
  • Supporting US Sales Support Supervisor in busy periods
  • Any other additional duties the Company may reasonably require to the needs of the Company’s business

Requirements

  • It is essential that you have over 1 year’s previous experience of working in a busy administration environment.\
  • Database skills. Ideally Salesforce CRM but training will be given.
  • Experience in a customer service environment beneficial
  • Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English.
  • Assertive and approachable, you will be a team-player and a good communicator who can ensure that you are proactively aware of the needs of teams that you support.
  • Professional with a methodological approach to tasks, you must be able to effectively prioritise and organise your workload to support the team accordingly, contributing towards the highest standards of service we provide for our customers.
  • Someone who is flexible and able to deal with change and a busy workload.
  • Possesses a can-do attitude and is committed to getting the job done
