WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop amp; execute projects to enhance our work environment amp; company culture partnering closely with executive team on annual strategic initiatives and goals
  • Partner with our Diversity, Equity, Values and Inclusion (DIVE) group on all diversity and inclusion initiatives for the company.
  • Drive semi-annual performance and compensation review process for all employees.
  • Initiate and facilitate training programs, including, but not limited to, management training, leadership training, diversity training and new employee onboarding.
  • Maintain and iterate on strategy for employee career growth and development.
  • Keep a close pulse on retention and acquisition, offering guidance and direction to keep turnover low and satisfaction high.
  • Execute a deliberate strategy to attract and retain the best and diverse talent
  • Assist in other operational and administrative areas as needed

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a history of growing companies with culture at the center, improving employee experience through tactical strategy.
  • You have 4-8 years of industry experience in Human Resources or People Operations
  • You have created and facilitated diversity training as well as management coaching, and are unafraid to initiate new training and development programs.
  • You have a working comprehension of employment laws and regulations.
  • You are comfortable with managing and influencing executives and managers to adopt people operations best practices.
  • You know how to make hard conversations easy and tackle tricky and unusual topics with grace.
  • You’re a strong communicator and enjoy talking to people
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You can run with loosely-defined requirements and deliver results
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

WHERE THIS ROLE MAY LEAD YOU

  • With experience and time, this role can grow into a Director and subsequently VP-level role,as you would have a direct hand in building a vital component of our company. In all instances, this role would enable you to become a company-wide and industry-wide ‘Thought Leader’, as you would be present-at-the-creation of many important initiatives for our company.
