As an early member of our growing Customer Success department, you’ll be responsible for guiding our customers through rollout and adoption of the Leadr platform, and coaching on the principles of effective people management, while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
To thrive in this role you’ll need to bring a strong technical acumen to the table, along with an aptitude for training diverse groups of people, and the best candidates will feel comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.
Beyond this, we’re looking for someone with the initiative to help build and improve our Customer Success team: creating resources, improving systems, and training new team members as the department grows.
As an Onboarding Coach at Leadr, you’ll be well positioned for quick growth, and the right person for this role will find numerous opportunities to progress personally and professionally.

3. A 30-45 minute Culture Interview either by video call or in-person.
We’ll use this time to simply get to know you as a person and hear more about your story.
4. 1-2 hour in-depth interview + practical exercise.
This can be done either by video call or in-person. We’ll dig into how you would go about accomplishing the objectives we shared for the role and your past experience doing similar work.
5. And finally, an offer letter is sent. Welcome to the team!
