Role

Aervivo’s projects span the US and require leadership to ensure our partners successfully launch and scale their networks, powered by our platform, across a wide range of markets. As the leader of our deployment operations and its customer success, you will initially focus on building our deployment operations capability, supporting our partners as they onboard to our platform and launch services. You will work closely with senior leaders in Aervivo and our Partner organizations to keep sight of the big picture objectives while ensuring key elements are not overlooked as their networks scale rapidly. To do so, you will leverage both technical and general management skills to be a trusted advisor to our partners throughout deployment and launch, and programmatically lead complex, multi-party operations. You will plan requirements with internal stakeholders and usher projects through their deployment lifecycle with our partners. This will also include strategic management of our supply chain capability to ensure we are well positioned to support rapidly scaling deployments.

As a senior leader, you will work closely with cross-functional team members to develop, implement, and institutionalize organizational capabilities and best practices while reinforcing an environment of continuous improvement. Your ability to bring stakeholders together and integrate workstreams will be critical to a streamlined, efficient, and high growth organization still at start-up scale. Our partner’s success in deploying their networks and using our platform is key to our growth, establishing that deployment support capability as a service-line that can be productized enables exponential growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of top-tier consulting and/or strategic operations leadership in growth-oriented corporation with a passion for delivering customer success
  • Bachelor’s degree with advanced education valued
  • Experience leading, growing, and mentoring teams to both execute on organizational objectives while promoting professional goals of team members and peers
  • Strong track record leading complex, multi-million dollar projects and transformations
  • You have a track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs and organizational transformations
  • Telecommunications, fixed infrastructure or wireless ISP experience valued but not required
  • Project or programmatic experience in supply chain management, including sourcing and logistics is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of ISP projects and quality assurance
  • Executive presence and comfort leading conversations and driving solutions with external and internal leadership teams
