Assembler Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts and other components to relatively small or light sub-assemblies and complete units.
Assembler Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles components of or final production using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.
- Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Maintain clean and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Assembler Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Require 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or in a related area
- Works under immediate supervision
