About the Position:

The Digital Media Producer role is a Boise-based position, responsible for ensuring our clients’ success by contributing to projects with a variety of creative approaches. You will work with the Stoltz team to fully develop our clients’ strategic marketing initiatives and collaborate on conceptual solutions, planning, production and editing of digital media assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept, write and collaborate with the creative and account team to create integrated marketing campaigns that include video content.
  • Demonstrate a unique vision to create compelling content through understanding of visual storytelling using sight, sound and motion.
  • Operate camera and audio equipment for production.
  • Contribute to all aspects of video production: concept development, script writing, planning, pre-visualization, shooting, directing and editing.
  • Demonstrate passion for design, cinematography and aesthetics.
  • Create motion graphics and collaborate closely with art directors to provide clear direction on project needs.
  • Follow a clearly defined timeline, scope and budget.
  • Understand and/or create video brand guidelines.
  • Proactively communicate project status, recommendations and analysis.
  • Execute full video productions, including but not limited to, identifying crew, storyboarding, talent selection, set design, location scouting, assisting on shoot books, crafting shot lists, filming, directing, archiving, footage scrubbing, editing, color-grading, sound design and exporting final pieces per required specifications.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and on budget.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow brands beyond the client ask.
  • Advance knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Davinci Resolve (or equal color grading platform).
  • Advanced knowledge of compression rates, video and audio codecs, frame rates, standard dimensions and both digital and analogue media formats.
  • Advanced knowledge of DSLR professional video and still cameras, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Proficiency working within a Mac environment.
