We are looking for an experienced Training and Development (Tamp;D) Specialist to join our incredible Customer Success team. The Customer Success Tamp;D Specialist will play a key role in helping us evolve our learning and development offerings by designing and building internal training and employee onboarding as well as external training materials. The Customer Success Tamp;D Specialist role requires cross functional participation with key internal stakeholder teams such as QA, Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Fulfillment, Product, and Engineering. The ideal candidate is comfortable training and onboarding new team members, creating internal and external training materials, and driving key projects to create an outstanding employee and customer experience.


What you will do:

  • Project manage the training program across multiple Customer Success Teams (Support, Operations, Engineers)
  • Project manage internal knowledge content (Guru, LMS system, etc.)
  • Lead and mentor the Customer Success Teams through both onboarding and on-going training
  • Work with Customer Success team leads to build out internal and external training and content
  • Deliver monthly reporting to management on training validation
  • Understand and prioritize the most critical business needs and design global, scalable Tamp;D strategies that support onboarding, career development, inclusion and diversity.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of high priority learning projects from ideation through design, delivery, and measurement; outputs include facilitator guides, participant guides, visual content and job aids in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Design, develop and manage engaging, creative, and impactful live, blended, and e-learning learning experiences scalable for global, local, and remote learners
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team leads to deliver custom learning solutions that address role specific needs, organizational changes and continuous improvement efforts
  • Use project and change management approaches to manage multiple stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of Tamp;D resources, measure success of programs delivered and iterate based on feedback
  • Analyze program feedback, key metrics, and ROI, adjust content/program where needed, and continually look for innovative best practices to improve the learner experience and outcomes

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team, if you have:

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in a related professional role
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Familiarity with current instructional design methodology and practice
  • A consultative approach; the ability to develop rapport and trust with internal teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in building relationships with people at a variety of levels
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and project management ability
