Everything we do is focused on understanding who can perform in any given context. By analyzing comprehensive behavioral, attitudinal and psychometric data we are able to outline core capabilities required for business impact, key performance indicators for specific roles and to work with clients to remove institutional factors obstructing performance.
About the role
The most important characteristic of our Client Service function is its ability to blow our clients minds with the talent insight and business impact it creates, whilst returning industry-leading levels of profitability and employee engagement.
As an Operating Partner (Strategic Delivery Partner), you will lead the successful delivery of projects with our largest accounts as well as oversee the delivery of smaller, less complex projects within the Consulting team. You will be instrumental in finding, creating and shaping new opportunities within client accounts, as well as playing an active role in the strategic development of, and value creation for, our clients too.
In addition to this, you will also have the opportunity to impact how we work across Chemistry by identifying areas in need of improvement and working with the rest of the team on designing and implementing new initiatives to enable Chemistry to scale.

Responsibilities include:
- Understanding the client’s context/strategy and share relevant insights and expertise to position yourself as a trusted advisor
- Building and managing partner relationships with senior stakeholders (i.e Division Heads/C-Suite) as well as with internal Chemistry teams
- Having overall accountability for a project’s profitability across a portfolio of projects
- Ensuring all business outcomes for the client are delivered to a high quality, on budget and on time by leveraging strong project management discipline, challenging your Delivery team to ensure the deliverables they produce are of the highest quality and reviewing and signing off on all key deliverables
- Proactively manage your workload/utilisation and also oversee your team members workload/utilisation. This includes flagging when you or your team members have capacity and when you/they have too much on.
- Working closely with colleagues to define the best solution for the client in line with the overall proposition
- Managing the performance and development of colleagues within the Delivery team, ultimately ensuring the team is motivated and performs at a high level (building a high performing and motivated team)
- Proactively seek and share feedback from your colleagues and ensure you review and apply this feedback by taking appropriate actions to improve your performance
Who are we looking for?
It's likely that you'll be a Senior Manager within your organisation, or close to this. You are able to partner with our clients at a senior level so that Chemistry can help them solve their toughest business challenges. You will lead a team to deliver an outstanding experience that ensures long-term client engagement and tangible client impact. You will also have a sharp focus on ensuring projects are delivered profitably, and identifying further opportunities for Chemistry to partner with the client.
