Job Description

ConsumerTrack is unique in the digital marketing and media industry - we combine marketing, digital, content and fintech. Our performance-based approach increases brand awareness and generates targeted audience engagement on our internal web properties and partner sites. ConsumerTrack is looking for an accomplished Sales Director who has had a great deal of success building results-driven teams, growing company presence, and working directly with major brands and ad agencies in the digital marketing space.

How will you make an impact?

  • Hire a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, and junior sales team members
  • Build sales coaching strategies to maximize revenue generation
  • Learn our business model and deal structures to provide the best solutions for our clients and our business
  • Analyze market trends and competitive initiatives to identify new opportunities
  • Grow our existing pipeline, establishing sales targets and developing strategic plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Grow our revenue quarter over quarter

Requirements

What do you bring to us?

  • 8+ years working at a performance-driven top tier digital marketing company working with major brands, Fortune 1000 companies and ad agencies
  • 8+ years of successfully hiring (scaling teams to 10+), managing, mentoring, training and leading others to drive consistent results
  • Experience selling branded content, sponsorships, customer acquisitions products and services
  • Proven track record of hitting goals and succeeding in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback, learn from it and apply it quickly
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and opportunities for our clients and our business
