ABOUT THE POSITION:
Looking for a temporary summer job that will provide you with warehousing skills, a daily workout without the gym, and a great starting pay rate? Come join our team at Yellow Supply!
We are seeking energetic people interested in gaining entry level warehousing skills in a fast-paced environment that requires physically handling products that can weigh up to 75 pounds.
The job is a fast-paced and challenging but that is why we love it. The love of being challenged motivates us to do our best work. Our team is a tight-knit group of people who pull together to meet challenges that change every day.
We are located on the Outer Loop and National Turnpike - this is southwest of the airport. You must have reliable transportation. We will be moving location to Shepherdsville this summer.
Compensation:
- $15/HR at hire
- Temporary summer job with potential for full time hire at end of season
- Shifts are Monday through Friday plus Sundays throughout the summer
- 1st Shift
Requirements
- Available to work Sundays

I am a current employee and my co workers and management are amazing. The managers strongly talk and exemplify the meaning of what it is to be a 'team'. Managers work very hard to coach, teach, and grow employees. They are hands on and aren't just "Desk Jockies." They stress safety and good, accurate work over 'Hurry-Hurry.' Managers do not micro manage and allow employees to get their work done, only stopping them to coach or grow them. Managers are always ready to listen to new ideas, really discuss and consider them, making the experience a learning situation by both.
The weather in a warehouse are somewhat extreme and they do many things to make it comfortable during these times. They provide hot drinks, Hoodies, Gloves and hats during cold months. Ice water, bottle water, sport drinks, snacks, and T-shirts(uniforms) in the hot months.
The growth of the company is amazing and there is room for advancement if you want it. I would recommend the company to anyone who really wants to be a part of a family/team environment where they can grow and advance."
