Job Description
The Digital Marketing amp; Content Manager (m/f/d) is a hybrid role that will be responsible for overall content strategy for our US B2C savings portal SaveBetter.com as well as managing digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisitions and engagement.
What will keep you challenged?
You’ll report directly to the Head of B2C US/ Head of Marketing and will:
- Develop creative and compelling digital marketing campaigns across numerous channels
- Develop the vision for our content strategy and drive cohesive narratives across multiple platforms and touch points
- Identify new content needs, and create an editorial calendar targeting our main audience, while testing initiatives across the different channels
- Collaborate in the creation of fresh and compelling copy for all our marketing channels, including emails, blog, social media, performance marketing campaigns and website
- Monitor the content strategy of relevant competitors, stay on top of the latest industry trends and share them with the overall marketing team
- Continuously optimizing our retargeting and lead nurturing process by developing engaging, high-quality content along the whole buyer funnel

A successful candidate has strong writing and analytical skills, prioritizes and manages multiple tasks at once, has a strong desire to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Communication and Passion are vital as collaboration internally and externally is a huge part of our day-to-day business
- You have 5+ years’ proven track record of relevant experience in Content Marketing and Digital Marketing at preferably a startup, fintech, ecommerce or financial services company
- Experience in direct to consumer marketing and data driven decision making a requirement
- Proven analytic ability with experience using tools such as Google Analytics
- You understand the US retail banking industry in general and the savings market particularly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to understand requirements and transform those into copy flows to create a holistic user experience
- You have an editor’s eye with the ability to craft engaging yet concise content
- You have a hands-on mentality and pay close attention to detail
- You are a Self-Starter and have a can-do mentality
