Job Description

This role will be based in the office in Austin, TX. Relocation negotiable. This may also be remote, with a proven track record in team success with remote leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Truly a top sales rep within your company documentation required prior to offer
  • Successful B2B experience talking to Directors level and above
  • Experience selling IT staff augmentation.
  • Experience and knowledge selling services. We sell custom development services not software products.
  • Experience with short sales cycle of 1-4 months.
  • Ability to detail your lead generation methods
  • Competitive nature and driven to reach sales goals
  • Team oriented and coachable
  • Experience with solution based consultative selling
  • Need to be comfortable in front of a camera. Our lead gen and sales process is heavily focused on video communication with prospects
  • Proven ability to reach and/or exceed quotas
