The Role
The Senior CRM Manager (Marketing Automation Developer) is responsible for implementation and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet the business goals and technical requirements of our global roster of clients amp; prospects.
The ideal candidate will be a professionally certified subject matter expert of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Developer) and must have hands-on experience developing across the full platform.
The Senior CRM Manager will work closely with the Solutions Architect and CRM Consultant to transform the client’s business requirements into a technical solution design.
A successful Senior CRM Manager will be able to create personalized, dynamic messages and landing pages and is fluent in Marketing Cloud scripting languages. They’re also experienced in advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration.
Responsibilities
- Support creation and update of an actionable Functional Specification Document (FSD, Blueprint) based upon the Business Requirements Document (BRD) that aligns a client's business needs to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Design, build and configure solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as defined in the FSD
- Collaborate with associated team members e.g. CRM Consultant, Solution Architect, Analytics lead, Data Engineering lead etc. to drive successful implementation
- Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
- Conduct solutions testing and validation
Requirements
Knowledge amp; Experience Requirements
- Deep knowledge and hands on experience of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform - Mandatory
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified - Marketing Cloud Developer
- Experience of Interaction Studio, Audience Studio and Datorama is a significant plus
- Design amp; Execution of Functional Specification Documents
- An understanding leveraging WebServices - SOAP and REST APIs
- Proficient in AmpScript and other SFMC scripting languages
- Exposure to Google Marketing Platform and Facebook preferred
