Job Description
We’re currently in the middle of a really exciting period of growth here at Harbr. We’ve been around since 2017, but until May last year, we had been operating in stealth-mode while we focused on building the best product possible. In November 2020, 6 months after emerging from stealth, we announced our $38.5m Series A, led by Dawn Capital and Tiger Global. We’ve already started to onboard a series of exciting enterprise clients, and are looking to grow the team at lightning pace.
We’re looking to hire a code-enabled Junior Engineer to help us support our platform. As we’re running a multi-cloud environment, we’re looking for someone fairly technical, who can contribute to providing support across GCP and AWS - so experience with one of these would be a huge plus.You’re likely to have some background in coding (ideally in Python) as well as an interest in supporting cloud infrastructure - We’ll help you build on this during your time at Harbr. We see this as being a role with a heavy focus on career development and will encourage the continued development of your tech skills, as well as progression into our Engineering team given time.
Requirements
- Supporting enterprise customers with using our data exchange platform.
- Use automation and monitoring tools to help support become scalable.
- Using your coding skills to resolve issues within our platform - predominately in Python.
- Provide technical support for our cloud infrastructure, especially AWS and GCP.
- Help automate repeatable processes.
- Be customer-centric - we’re looking for someone enthusiastic, who loves what they do!
- Take part in weekly challenges that focus on growing your skill set.
