We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to partner with the Product Director, overseeing up to 10-12 feature teams, to identify continuous process improvement opportunities, and coach teams in Agile practices and Scrum values. As a leader, your goal is to enable predictable, quality delivery, while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of each team. Our Agile frameworks can be applied differently, depending on the work and team. In this role you will also provide a vision of what good looks like, drawing on your experience and observations.You will:- Coach teams on Agile practices and Scrum values.
- Practice and encourage Agile mindset and behaviors.
- Coach teams to maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery.
- Challenge teams to run experiments and fearlessly embrace continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist teams in implementing change. This could involve working with the Product Manager to write tickets or helping teams establish a baseline set of estimates, or helping teams understand their velocity, etc.
- Partner with tech and product managers to support teams in un-blocking development and delivery of work as well as understand team dynamics and opportunities for growth.
- Train feature teams on Agile practices.
- Be a sounding board for teams to ask questions, explore ideas, and form the best process that suits their needs.
You have:- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 5+ years of experience working on an Agile team as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or equivalent.
- Experience working in product or engineering on an Agile team is a plus.
- Jira administrator experience is a plus.
