Job Description
Creditors Adjustment Bureau (CAB) and Law Offices of Kenneth J. Freed work hand in handCAB is a premier commercial collection agency, and Ken Freed is a top commercial litigator. We represent businesses throughout the US and the world. We are looking for an experienced Legal Collector. You must have a minimum of 3 years of legal collections experience; you will need to have a detailed command of the litigation process; you need a basic understanding of the bankruptcy process; you must be an excellent verbal and written communicator; you must have strong critical thinking skills; and you must be extremely detail oriented. You will be working on claims from basic collection matters to high balance complex disputes to
You will be assisting in the collection and litigation process of high-balance claims, working on medium- and big-box bankruptcies, pre-legal investigation of claims, etc. In other words, there is a large and varied spectrum of work that will be doneyou will not be bored.
