Your Job:The Associate Project Manager, Product Marketing, will manage the project processes for the Product Marketing team including the timelines, reviews, and distribution of marketing materials. You will support the team by working cross-functionally across the organization to ensure timely, consistent and accurate delivery of product marketing materials and assets. This role also collaborates with Brooks’ internal Creative Studio and Product teams to ensure integration of product marketing materials across teams.
Additionally, you will oversee the use of tools and information streams related to information management including the Product Information Management software and tracking and cataloging product launch details. You will ensure resources and materials are accurate with the latest product information.Responsibilities:
  • Support the Product Marketing team in the development of seasonal materials including catalogs, product videos, product technology materials, product photography, and product copy.
  • Ensure key stakeholder inputs are accurately captured, appropriately implemented and up to date.
  • Develop and manage project timelines across all Product Marketing projects: coordinate and own project meetings, distribute meeting notes, provide updates to project stakeholders and partner with stakeholders to manage multiple reviews and approval rounds.
  • Ensure key stakeholders and channel owners provide feedback at designated gates and are kept well informed of progress; includes maintaining status documentation for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate, build trust and maintain relationships cross-functionally to execute projects in a timely manner that represent deliverables for multiple teams; examples include sell-in materials like tech sheets and product videos.
  • Develop shot lists for seasonal product line photoshoots, recurring lifestyle photoshoots, limited-edition product launches, and other shoots as required. Develop shots under direction from Product Marketing team members and in partnership with other Marketing teams.
  • Update and maintain resource documents on SharePoint and within the Product Information Management (PIM) tool with content provided by Product Marketing teammates. Resource documents include product line plans, merchandising runner assortments tracker, and marketing product content in PIM. Provide updates to stakeholders on rolling changes as necessary.
  • Coordinate the receipt of sample sets each season (spring and fall) across footwear, apparel, and bra categories. Collaborate with teammates on the organization and tracking of samples.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Creative Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience using project management tools preferred
  • Attention to detail, organized and can multi-task detailed projects
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented and passion for seeing projects through to the end
  • Willingness to help, support and get the job done when team members are in a crunch
  • Proactive, self-starter and is hungry to learn about and implement new types of marketing programs
  • Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions
  • The ability to understand and have empathy towards different marketing
