Job Description

The Building Engines platform improves net operating income across the world’s most successful commercial real estate (CRE) portfolios. Our customers deliver the best occupant experience, increase revenue, and reduce operating costs by using our innovative building operations software platform, Prism. We are looking for a talented, versatile, and energetic marketer to help lead Building Engines’ product marketing strategy. Value messaging, new product launches, competitive intel this person will play a key role in driving the go-to-market initiatives for CRE’s most innovative building operations platform.

This role is for an individual contributor reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate across departments on both internal and external communication plans for new product releases.
  • Help develop compelling value messaging and differentiators for Building Engines offerings, with input from key stakeholders.
  • Research and provide deliverables related to target markets, competitors and customer personas.
  • Support sales enablementactivities in the form of strategic content (PowerPoints, product videos, data sheets, etc.) and knowledge sharing.
  • Help manage and maintain Building Engines’ sales enablement platform to ensure sales content is always current and easy to access.
  • Act as primary point person for partner marketing initiatives, including joint-messaging, announcements, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute engaging website copy for buildingengines.com and ensure product messaging on the web is consistent with Building Engines’ value proposition and brand.
  • Support third-party PR agency in areas such as product-centric press releases, industry awards, analyst research and other media opportunities.
  • Help further Building Engines position as the market leader in the CRE building operations space.
