-SCOUT Healthcare is hiring an Associate Creative Director, Art with experience in Pharmaceutical Advertising.

This position can be fully remote - looking for the best candidate.
- Works with Art Director and Copywriters to ideate and execute concepts, (for advertising, sales materials, digital, etc.) which are creative and consistent with strategy.
- Presents work with knowledge and flair; defends work with logic, creativity and (appropriate) passion.
- Follows through on original concepts with visual executions that are dynamic, distinctive and production/programmer ready.
- Demonstrates a strong digital creative presence throughout the creative department.
- Demonstrates expertise across all design software.
- Manages production and art staff appropriately as they assist on tactical execution.
- Takes an active interest in clients' market and develops a sound knowledge of clients' product and target audiences.
- Delivers work within allotted time and budget.
- Incorporates ideas and makes revisions in response to the criticisms of other team members and clients.
- Works collaboratively with the account team to address med/reg/legal issues and concerns
- Maintains responsibility for project through proofing, reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases.
- Adheres to agency and client standards regarding process; the naming, transferring and treatment of electronic files; revisions and proofreading.
- Maintains up to date time sheet entry according to agency standards.
- Attends med-reg-legal meetings to navigate and appropriately negotiate solutions to their concerns as needed when called upon.
- Maintains a productive and inclusive relationship with Creative Director.
- Participates in new business efforts.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical advertising agency settingBS or BA degree in a related field, preferredDiverse experience across HCP and consumer (patients) desired; HCP is criticalYou are professional and have the ability to grow business organicallyYour colleagues describe you as having EXCELLENT written and verbal communication strugglesMust present well to client groups and be able to command a roomThe ability to work independently and proactively while multi-tasking across a variety of brand initiativesYou are a born leader, commanding respect while working hand-in-hand both with your accounts and your team membersExcellent ability to manage all financial aspects of the accountSome travel will be requiredBenefits
