Who You Are:The Content Editor is responsible for the curation of photography, video, and illustration for Getty Images and iStock. Key responsibilities include content editing, AI training, fulfilling sales requests, creative contributor briefing, contributor community engagement, metadata analysis and site merchandising. This position will work closely with an international team of Editors and Art Directors and report to the Director of Editing.






Your Next Challenge:

• Curate creative content for sales, marketing and site merchandising
• Use internal tools to train content focused AI
• Fulfill sales requests quickly
• Help guide contributor creative briefing.
• Review and edit content submitted for technical and visual quality. Identify and mitigate problematic content
• Analyze asset metadata for strategic projects
• Work with the Data team to identify content opportunities
• Write contributor focused copy
• Engage with creative contributors through social channels and 1:1 guidance

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of commercial licensing of photography, illustration and video.
• PC proficient.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to new technology and workflows.
• Strong prioritization and organization skills including the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Adobe Premier and InDesign a plus
• Photo and video production experience a plus
