Our DevOps and Infrastructure practice provides solutions, methodologies, and strategic guidance for digital transformation, containerization, and automation. Our Financial Services team offers strong domain expertise and technology acumen to deliver feature-focused solutions in Capital Markets.
As a Senior Azure Architect you will:
- Lead architecture of cloud-based solutions on Azure, covering infra/foundational, applications and cost optimization aspects
- Provide consulting and advisory support to stakeholders on impact of cloud deployment and adoption
- Work closely with security, DevOps, infrastructure and AppDev teams for successful deployments leveraging technology such as Azure Security Center, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ARM, Terraform
- Provide hands-on support as needed
- Support RFP/RFI on solutioning front
- Work with foundation such as security, networking, logging / monitoring/alerting, IaC (ARM, Terraform)
Requirements
The strongest candidates will have as many of the following as possible:
- 5+ years of experience Architecting, designing, and deploying cloud-based solutions
- Experience with Azure services such as VM, Event Grid /Hubs, Service Fabric, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AKS, SQL and more
- 15+ years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting applications
- Azure architect certified (Such as AZ 300, 301)
- Experience with automation tools at least one of ARM, Terraform, Ansible
- Experience with hybrid /public cloud deployments
- Experience using IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
- Experience with consulting/advisory services with senior stakeholders
Preferred:
- Strong Azure database experience, including Azure SQL and CosmosDB
- Strong Azure data amp; analytics experience, including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory and PowerBI
- Hands-on development experience with .NET, including classic .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 5
- Other broad experience with Azure development, database, ML and infrastructure technologies such as Databricks, Power Apps, Azure AD, Service Bus, App Service, Batch, Azure Database, Azure ML, Azure Migrate, Azure API Management and others
- Microservices experience with at least one service mesh such as Istio or SMI
