Principal Research Associate, Biological Development, In vivo Pharmacology

Key Responsibilities amp; Accountabilities:

• Perform molecular biology work, such as DNA/RNA extractions, RT-ddPCR, RT-qPCR and Elisa
• Design and execute molecular-based assays to understand in-vivo therapeutic activity, efficacy and PK/PD properties.
• Develop and optimize protocols for gene expression assessment
• Identify and develop assays for gene edtiting assessment
• Perform AAV titering assays
• Analyze and present data within the organization
• Share responsibility in maintaining lab equipment and reagent inventory
• Maintain an electronic lab notebook and contribute to support documentation

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills amp; Capabilities:

• Expertise in molecular biology (DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, ddPCR, etc.)
• Ability to independently design, execute, and analyze experiments
• Experience with laboratory robotics
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a team-oriented and multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education amp; Relevant Work Experience:

• BS/MS in cell biology or related field with 1-3+ years of laboratory experience
