We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work alongside and support a busy CEO/Executive Director and become an important part of a growing facility in beautiful Lockhart, Texas. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and welcomes a challenging role.
Basic Duties:
- Calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, and CEO commitments
- Communicating with teams and assisting with ongoing projects and project management
- Facilitating the follow-through of purchases and vendor communications
- Managing and facilitating a large volume of email and replying in a professional manner to inquiries
- Reviewing agreements and reports
- Assisting with certain HR functions as needed
- Act as a conduit between the clinical admin staff and the administrative business office staff

Executive Assistant: 3+ years (Required)
Education: Associate Degree or Equivalent Relevant Experience Strongly Preferred
Must be 21+ years of age
