Who We’re Looking For

Esme Learning is looking for an Audience Outreach and Partnerships Manager to support our dynamic and fast-paced online collaborative learning business with short course programs we’ve created with top-tier universities like University of Oxford, Cambridge, MIT, and more. You will help shape and execute on our marketing and technical stack across the company to drive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Link acquisition for Esme Learning website and its blog, specifically focused on course sites, career sites, blogs that specialize in AI and digital transformation
  • Work with SEO to identify site referrals with highly aligned audiences and outreach to those links
  • Work with the Comms group to align on messaging for Course PR
  • Relationship management of our channel partnerships to help partner stakeholders to drive more leads and learners to our courses through email, webinars, lead engagement
  • Write briefs that are delivered to our creative production management and technical project management to set-up partner customer channel partnerships
  • Manage the CRM related to to our partnership channel partners

Requirements

  • You must have experience with ESPs and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Hubspot.
  • Experience with SEO and keyword research or proficiency in working with Google Tools
  • You are willing to outreach to potential link partners to pitch comms ideas
  • You are a strategic, creative, pragmatic thinker and problem solver.
  • You welcome the concept of change and working in a fast paced environment.
  • You are extremely organised and have exceptional communication skills
  • You be an ambitious, articulate, proactive, fast-learning team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • 2 years experience in comms or events outreach
  • Experience with reporting and presenting information in a succinct manner
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills.
  • Effectively manages to project deadlines and escalates issues as appropriate.
  • You will need to have experience in prioritizing tasks and have the ability to identify and action the most efficient solutions.
