This person will manage several account managers and be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy, and execution. Job responsibilities will include providing leadership in strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics according to our client-specific goals
Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients amp; secure buy-in from decision-makers
Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ metrics amp; KPIs
Produce forecasts, budget, and KPI setting for the affiliate program Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars
Lead all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals
Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of the programs and recommend improvements
