Paralegals typically answer client calls, speak with adjusters regarding claims, and work with attorneys regarding personal injury claims. These include slip and falls, car accidents, and construction accidents.
Paralegals are required to be organized and to complete tasks on time. Experience required. Paralegals are expected to handle every aspect of a personal injury claim from beginning to end along side an attorney.
