- Work with customers and implementObservability solutions withNew Relic, Datadogor AppDynamics
- Implement the next-genSolutionsfordistributed systems at scale for ourlarge and complexenterprisecustomers undergoing significant changes in theirorganizations
- Ensure the success of significant deployments like Cloud Migrations and Digital Transformations for major corporations through effectivefull stack monitoring
- Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of our products within customers’ business infrastructure
- Evangelize new product features amp; provide customer feedbackto productmanagement and engineeringgroups
- Assist the Customer Success teaminthe post-sales technical process: installation, deployment, training, technical check-ups, and escalation management
- Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technicalenvironment
- Identifying performance bottlenecks, identifying anomalous system behavior, and resolving root cause of service issues
- Experience with real user monitoring and customer digital experience
- Experience in the monitoring space (APM, Digital Experience, Tracing, AIOps, Infrastructure, Logging)
- Strong understanding of Security, Monitoring and Performance aspects of cloud-native platform and applicationarchitectures
- SetupAPMforlanguages: Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python, Ruby, PHP orGolang
- End-user technologies: iOS, Android, JavaScript, HTML5, videoplayers
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, Docker / Kubernetes
- A clear understanding of network amp; system Management solutions
- Experience withconfiguration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking amp; analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
