Focused, you’re a strategic and analytical self starter with hands on experience with planning, buying, and optimizing paid media for ecommerce businesses against growth revenue expectations. You are regularly achieving responsible ROI goals. You are able to embrace ambiguity and changes to find, and effectively communicate data driven, business solutions to the client and your team. You're a proactive and positive people leader, excited to train, implement, and refine evolving best practices for the team to maximize our client’s business, and our throughput. You’re continually looking to grow and be challenged, and comfortable championing this of your team.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Need to have

  • Excels being the client facing point of contact for strategy, prioritization, and the storytelling
  • Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured
  • Prior experience managing a performance marketing team with rapidly growing and established brands
  • Proven and detailed strategy of digital marketing platforms such as social (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter), search, display, affiliate, influencer
  • Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new ad tech partners
  • Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution amp; LTV

Nice to have

  • Successful management of multiple, multi-million dollar advertising budgets
  • Understanding of direct mail, OTT, TikTok, Amazon, podcasts, TV, et cetera
  • Exposure to a different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, et cetera
  • Implementing and managing career and compensation structures
  • Experience training and coaching junior team members
