OUR GUESTS | GUEST EXPERIENCES amp; EVENTS

Event Sales/ Planning

  • Actively solicit new B2B, Corporate and Social business opportunities through off-site visits, conducting effective sales calls, emails and presentations to potential clients
  • Timely respond to all incoming Event inquiries
  • Develop creatives/ content for paid media and organic advertisement of Experiences and Private Events (B2B/ Weddings)
  • Knowledge of competitive set and recommend sales/pricing strategies, service, and product improvements to stay competitive
  • Continuously audit sales plan for effectiveness and pivot as necessary to ensure the Brand Home success
  • Consistently reviews shifts in market mix and industry trends with Director Brand Experiences and make deployment/pricing recommendations
  • Maintain and build solid working relationships with Vendors, Internal and External Business partners
  • Ensure all necessary documentation from outside vendors has been received in a timely manner (i.e. Certificates of Insurance, NDA’s where applicable, Vendor Code of Conduct)
  • Maintain guest database to ensure efficient mailings and tracking of their history and preferences
  • Join local/ Bay Area Sales missions with strong B2B focus
  • Conduct weekly Event Overview Meetings with all involved key team members
  • Prepare and mail thank you letters following the event

New Business Development | Brand Home Visitor Experiences

  • Solicit and promote business through marketing, cold calling, contacting past guests, relationships with local businesses, Hotel Concierges and other cost-effective activities.
  • Conduct outreach with tourism partners: Visit Napa Valley, Napa and Yountville Chamber of Commerce, etc
  • Coordinate offsite pouring events representing Chandon in the best way possible (wines, collateral etc.)
  • Work closely with on-site DTC team and Brand Team in NY to promote internal Experiences and Events through various local media channels, websites etc.
  • Work closely with CRM team on regular website content updates (when needed)

PR/ Marketing Support

  • Develop successful sales support materials and communication tools on food amp; wine related information: Newsletter, tasting notes, leaflets, brochures, videos, images etc. Work closely with Brand PR Manager on PR/ VIP Visits. Communicate and facilitate such visits
  • Ensure Brand Execution Guidelines are always met

OUR BUSINESS | FINANCIAL RETURNS

  • Understands philosophy of Financial Returns and cascade relevantly to the teams. Operate efficiently and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, work collaborate, organize, and drive promotions that deliver great experiences.
  • Manages daily weekly monthly Event revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure correct forecasting Events to incl. pre- and post-event details.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue.
  • Obtain quotations for hire or purchase of items required for events as instructed by management
