Foothills Marine is a family owned boat dealership in Morganton, NC. The dealership is a nationally recognized sales leader for Skeeter, Nitro, Phoenix, Tracker, Tahoe, Godfrey, Hurricane, SunTracker, Tidewater, Sportsman, and more.

Requirements

Customer Service

• Offer exceptional customer service
• Manage customer expectations by offering clear and frequent communication

Administration

• Insure accurate creation and maintenance of Repair Orders
• Coordinate with Service Manager to accurately administer warranty repair
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and the Service Technician team
• Properly maintain the Customer and Repair Order database

Service Team Support

• Assist Service Manager as needed
• Assist Parts Administrator and serve in that role when vacant

Technical Knowledge

• Posses fundamental level of technical understanding about boat maintenance/repair
