We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to help support our growing managed services by working with Sales, Account Directors, Account Coordinators, and other Amazon business partners to support the execution and management of sophisticated advertising campaigns.
The Account Manager is responsible for the day to day Amazon advertising management of Seller Labs Managed Services clients. The position is focused on relationship management as well as execution of PPC strategies and Seller Labs methodologies with Amazon advertising using Seller Labs suite of software solutions and other tools. The Account Manager is the main point of contact and a key role in optimizing clients ad spend and overall client success. The ideal candidate is one who aims to help account teams deliver a positive customer experience for our advertisers, while providing direction to coordinators amp; strategizing with Account Directors on campaigns optimization.
Duties:
- Build and sustain client relationships at multiple levels
- Develop and implement account plans that document specific sales strategies and tactics to meet client goals
- Execute planned PPC Strategies for clients
- Identify specific opportunities for customer lifetime value and upgrade
Requirements
- 1-2 years Professional Work Experience - digital advertising or agency preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred - Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or Business
- Experience with Seller Labs products or other PPC software / services
- Sound and up-to-date technical knowledge of Digital Marketing amp; Advertising
- Ability to sufficiently communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and web technologies
- E-commerce background a plus
- Multi-task project management skills Experience with Agile methodologies in SaaS environment
- Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management systems (CRM) - Salesforce preferred
- Supports cross-team/department collaboration amp; inclusion
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
- High-level of problem solving ability Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer requirements
- Excellent communication skills required
