Requirements
The RCM Support Specialist will play a vital role in the Revenue Cycle Management department working closely with RCM leadership to ensure the efficient timely flow of overall billing related operations to promote the department. The RCM Support Specialist will perform RCM related tasks pertinent to successful billing operations. In an effort to promote cooperative coordination across the organization, the RCM Support Specialist will collaborate with relevant SOC departments to ensure operational alignment and continuous data-driven quality improvement across the revenue cycle continuum. Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn will be integral to the success of this role and to the efficiency and efficacy of billing operations.
