What's Clyde - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. The Sales Operations Coordinator acts as a trusted advisor to the Sales team and all related cross-functional teams. The Sales Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Ops team to deliver reports, dashboards, clean data in our systems, provision users, and help refine the Sales process to drive efficiency. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with analytical skills. Successful Sales Operations Coordinators who achieve their quarterly MBO’s can expect to be promoted within their first year. This role reports into Clyde's Director of Revenue Operations.
