What's Clyde? - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between retailers and their customers is far from over after checkout, so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.
We are looking for a Director of Implementation Services to lead our implementation team and work with our clients to effectively plan and deliver successful deployments of the Clyde solution. This is a critical role for developing our merchant relationships and driving implementation best practices. You will be working closely with the Sales amp; Solutions team to grow the merchant base and attend meetings with potential clients to scope integrations. You will also work directly with internal development teams to deliver technical specifications of bespoke requirements for the platform and feed these into the appropriate work streams. This role is remote and will report into our VP of Solutions, Implementations, and Success.

Lead and grow a high performance post-sales delivery and maintenance team
- Lead and build a team of talented implementation consultants and engineers
- Simultaneously manage multiple merchant implementation projects to provide best-practice consultative services
- Drive external and internal teams towards achieving key delivery milestones
- Monitor and optimize implementation metrics for successful tracking and forecasting
- Develop and scale the methodology, processes, and tools for ongoing delivery and maintenance
- Engage with sales and marketing in pre-sales and existing merchant upsell opportunities
Requirements
What we are looking for.
- 7+ years in professional services or project management
- 3+ years developing implementation and SOW proposals
- 3+ years in leading and building teams
- Experience managing large, complex project implementations or technical software deployments for enterprise customers. Ability to manage the interaction between Product, Sales, and Operations
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing, A/B testing, or SaaS in the retail environment is preferred
- Experience with various e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify, etc.) is desirable
- E-commerce experience working directly with merchants/OEMs required
- Deep technical understanding of web services/APIs and system integrations
- Strong analytical skills and a very practical approach towards solving challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric attitude and comfort speaking with merchants
