What You’ll Do

The Director of Implementation serves across departments within the Indeavor organization, leading the achievement of an aligned and structured customer implementation experience. This role will coordinate deeply with leadership to support sustained growth while maintaining best-in-class delivery to our global consumer base. You will functionally own the Indeavor portfolio of deployments, serve as program manager for key accounts and develop an inclusive environment while empowering our teams to approach each implementation with excellence. As a Director of Implementation you will be a self-motivated leader, organized, flexible, articulate, confident, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for design, coordination, deployment and personnel management of all Indeavor solution implementations
  • Maintain adherence to Indeavor PMO standards and continuously improve supporting processes and collateral
  • Manage resource allocation and future staffing strategies through data driven approach in alignment with pipeline demand
  • Serve as Program Manager for key Indeavor enterprise accounts, ensuring scalable solution design, implementation and commercial alignment
  • Ensure sustainable success of Indeavor designed/implemented solutions including scope adherence and long-term supportability
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental leadership to continuously enhance Indeavor offerings utlizing consumer feedback
  • Mentor, train and engage team members while providing direct leadership of Indeavor PMO practice and personnel
  • Support pre-sale process through outlining cost amp; effort by customer tier amp; owning statements of work creation
  • Cultivate employee experience through supporting Indeavor CX people strategy plans including resource planning, recruiting, onboarding and training
  • Own definition and ownership of departmental KPIs to Indeavor leadership
  • Manage and execute on strategic projects aligned with organizational growth
  • Support critical departmental Pamp;L inputs through maintained internal/external invoicing requirements and drive opportunities for efficiencies
