BURNCO is looking to add a skilled Inside Sales Associate to our team in Milliken, Colorado. Someone who drives change and takes pride in their high-quality workmanship and their ability to get things done effectively and timely. Join a solid team, building infrastructure, that will be around for generations.
The purpose of this position is to prepare timely bid proposals, project quotes and general support related to BURNCO customer requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
Expected Results and Achievements
- Receive and answer initial customer calls gather background information, type of work, primary location of service, annual yardage, what mixes they use, and provide pricing to potential clients
- Respond to request for proposals (RFPs), coordinate quoting projects, work with outside sales on bid review and pricing
- Review concrete requirements in specifications, analyze plans required by project engineers and/or customers, apply qualifying BURNCO mixes by bid deadline
- Support assigned customer base, hand off client package to outside sales, communicate with customers on bid package, follow up with changes and decisions
- Create and maintain project data within Command system, ensure accuracy and work with dispatch department on project detail amendments if needed
- Maintain customer information, bid details, and project files within Command system to ensure accurate tracking of backlog and payment information
- Work proactively in investigating new leads, prepping, and reviewing bid information for outside sales to pursue

Requirements
What We Would Like From You
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Good organization, time management and attention to detail skills
- Able to prioritize day to day tasks and take initiative for new areas
