We are a break fix IT support and computer repair company that has been growing in Austin since 1999.
Our operations are expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a highly qualified individual to join our
team. We are currently looking for a Tier 3, top-level server/network technician.
Server/Network Administrator Duties:
Perform Server migrations on client networks.
Perform Email migrations from small hosts to Gmail/Office 365.
Knowledge of Office 365 Admin Portal.
Provide both remote and on-site support.
Build/Configure LAN Networks including router configuration and firewall rules.
Edit/Manage Group Policies
Build and configure Active Directory
Build and Configure VMware/Esxi/Hyper-V
This position is a front-line, customer facing role, so solid communications skills and an ability to manage
client expectations are critical for success. Must have strong customer service skills.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Local applicant preferred.
