Job Summary

Stax is the number one all-in-one integrated solution for payment needs, at affordable and transparent pricing with tailored software packages to serve all business types. As a sales account executive at Stax by Fattmerchant, you are a critical part in fulfilling our mission to empower business owners to simplify the payment process so they can move faster, think smarter and make better decisions.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, understanding general operations around the customers industry, how they’re currently processing payments, prescribing solutions based on Stax offerings, all while efficiently and effectively navigating through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate, consult, and navigate customers (merchants) towards the appropriate solutions, product offerings, and plans
  • Effectively navigate through the sales cycle from the initial discovery to close
  • Ability to source opportunities from outbound resources to supplement inbound leads; have a hunter mentality
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team and Operations team to ensure that the customer journey is positive and flawless
  • Effective organizational skills for end to end sales processes including Sales Enablement tools- i.e. CRM

Requirements

  • 2- 3 years of high velocity sales experience
  • Innate curiosity: Desire to learn and be coached on the industry, our products and core sales competencies
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment with aggressive company and individual growth goals
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
  • Experience/Desire to contribute to the broader goals of the organization beyond your immediate job description
