Global Dimensions has immediate openings for those ready to begin an exciting and dynamic intelligence career while supporting critical global counterterrorism operations. By joining our team, you’ll learn FMV tradecraft through a unique three week formal training course, followed by a robust on-the-job training program which provides candidates, who are new to motion GEOINT, specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and theater specific cultural familiarization. Our analysts have rapid advancement potential and cross training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)/ Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), FMV training, and FMV Advanced Research positions.

FMV Analysts shall provide motion video analysis in order to produce standard and non-standard NGA intelligence products on counterterrorism issues. The analysis will help AOT effectively accomplish its mission to provide support to National policymakers and combatant commands by helping to identify and defeat worldwide terrorist threats. These services include a specialization using motion video and persistent surveillance formats of data.

Requirements

These services require Analysts competent in their tradecraft with FMV or GEOINT experience greater than three (3) years. This level is considered the full-performance level. A bachelor’s degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience.

A journeyman shall be expected to work with minimal oversight.

• Have a current TS/SCI Clearance
• Attended a basic Intelligence Course

• Ability to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing

• Ability to work rapidly in a high tempo, high stress environment that often requires multi-tasking

• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations

• Knowledge of the intelligence collection process

Desired:

• Provided real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a team

• Well versed in the use of internet relay chat

• Skilled in data mining using M3, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources

• Knowledgeable with ArcGIS and RemoteView or comparable ELT software

• Capable of performing geo-locational mensuration functions, extracting coordinates and positional relationships from digital database systems

• Ability to maintain and uses geospatial databases

• Knowledgeable on intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information

• Knowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries; military capabilities weapon systems

• Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.

*McLean, VA is a SAP Program that requires additional questions answered and approval by the end customer before being allowed in the training. Applicants will be processed for an additional in-depth background investigation, regardless of current security clearance level. This process can take between 4 and 8 months.

**First four days of training is not billable to the contract; if the candidate does not pass the training they will not be allowed on the contract. All travel expenses for this training are the responsibility of the applicant.
