As a Sr. Product Manager at ResortPass you are directly responsible for the success and growth of our business. You own end-to-end products with autonomy, deeply empathize with our customers and users, and collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the company. You’ll use insights and data to partner with design and engineering to understand the most pressing user needs, and build products that deliver results and move the business forward.
What You Will Be Doing
- Help develop the product vision and roadmap for the products that serve our customers
- Communicate regularly with multiple stakeholders including users, key customers, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
- Work closely with our engineering team to ship new features and products that delight our users and optimize KPIs
- Deliver clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Iterate and evolve the product and customer experience at a rapid pace to meet the always growing demands of our customer base
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to make business cases and informed decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a product manager with a B2C or B2B company
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for the solutions and value we're delivering
- Consistent history of delivering measurable results
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
- Creative problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Data driven mindset; you embrace ruthless prioritization and look for ways to build incremental features in service of a larger vision (Build-Measure-Learn mentality)
- Operate with a sense of urgency, can take blame and pass along praise
- Comfortable with ambiguity and an always-be-learning mindset
Bonus Points
- Experience building marketplaces
- A strong UX background
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Basic SQL to inform data-driven product development
