What does it take to translate ecological regeneration into ecological assets? How do we support land managers make a shift to regenerative practices in a way that allows for bottom up, rather than top down solutions? What actors need to be involved? The RND Science team is working to build a community of scientists, technologists, land stewards, and project developers who can work together to create systems that make it easy to use nature based solutions to promote global regeneration.
The science program coordinator will work at the intersection of all these groups to facilitate synchronization of the goals and objectives across teams in a way which fosters the culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. As a science coordinator, you will work with internal and external parties to help in the development of programs and aid in project management. Other responsibilities will include working to develop relationships with scientists, project developers, and third party organizations interested in engaging with our community.

Benefits
By providing a way to track, verify, and reward regeneration at scale, Regen Network Development Inc. accelerates a new multi-billion dollar regenerative agriculture market that realigns economic health with ecological well being. Using a distributed ledger and modern remote sensing technology, our team is creating new tools for how humanity relates to its environment. Regen Network is building an open, peer-to-peer scientific data and methodology commons in service to cutting edge earth observation science for climate action. The Regen Registry allows organizations to make agreements with a global network of land stewards: farmers, foresters, and conservationists whose work results in clean air and water, enhanced biodiversity, long term carbon storage, and other ecosystem services.
In our mission to create an open-source science community, the science team is actively collaborating with a consortium of farmers, scientists, researchers, and engineers all respected for their open-source work. Our partnerships with organizations like OpenTEAM, Earth Shot Labs, and Terra Genesis International provides the opportunity to work alongside experts with decades of experience in sustainability and regenerative ecology who are more than happy to share insights as we all create paths to a positive future.
