Capital Markets Analyst

• Help shape company's financing facilities and capital structure
• Manage liquidity strategy and determine funding capacity
• Help with loan sale execution and determine optimal capital partners for each loan originated
• Manage post-loan sale processes with internal team members and external partners to ensure operational excellence
• Determine acceptable levels of credit exceptions on loans and communicate mitigating factors to key stakeholders
• Manage loan-level data flow to third party accountants
• Develop and communicate reports with bank and loan sale partners

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment/corporate banking, real estate finance, corporate finance at a start-up or equivalent
• Analytical mindset and ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to understand financial statements and corporate financing structures
• Ability to take ownership and work independently on tasks
• Willingness to work at a high growth start-up
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
